1. How does the site work?

The site is designed to give you peer-driven advice on college admissions. The site works on a point-based system. You give feedback to other students on their resumes or essays. When you give a good review, you earn a certain amount of points. You can use these points to view what your peers have to say about your profile, resumes, or essays. It takes time for others to give feedback to you so make sure you check back on the site often.

2. What does flagging do?

Flagging marks the review so that the administrators have the chance to look at the review. If the review is a dummy review (i.e. it does not relevant or useful to the person being reviewed), then the administrator can ban that user. There is also an automatic banning system in place that bans users who accrue a certain number of flags in a period of time.
