Chances as a transfer after the first year?.....Please reply!

GPA-3.2/3.3(weighted)
Projected GPA for 2nd semester 3.5-3.9, because I'm taking mostly classes within strictly my major
Extracurricular's from 11th grade onward
Cambridge College Programme(Cambridge University, United Kingdom)
Internship with one of the 2008 Presidential Campaigns
Homecoming Court 2007
24 hours of separate political volunteer activities
35+ hours of volunteer work with one of my state's Governor's campaign's
24 hours of community service
Phi Alpha Theta(Historical Honor's Society)
Sigma Tau Delta(English Honor's Society)
Alpha Phi Omega(National Service Fraternity)
Table Francise(French Foreign Language Group)

I also held a job for a year as a bagger at a local grocery chain
So what are my chances at the following schools as college transfer student.
* Please note that Gettysburg, Allegheny and Wake Forest don't require SAT/ACT scores from transfer students who spent at least one year at another school. In addition most of these schools want to see second semester grades before making a decision on applicants.
Btw I have also posted a similar profile officially for this site.
The baseline GPA for consideration as a transfer to all of these schools is between 2.0-3.0
